§ 7 Use of our online shop
Our online shop is aimed exclusively at specialist tradesmen in the fields of metal, wood and glass construction. Private end consumers and enquiries from tradesmen from other trades can purchase our products in retail stores or via specialist trades. To ensure that only tradesmen order from us, prior customer registration is required. You can register for the online shop via our website. To do so, you must provide us with certain data (company name, address, contact details, etc.). Necessary mandatory information is marked separately, other information is voluntary. After successful verification, a customer account will be created for you and you will receive your access data by e-mail. The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DS-GVO. The data for your customer account will be stored until revoked.

We process the data you provide as part of the order for the purpose of processing your order. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.

Depending on the payment option selected by you as part of the order, we pass on inventory data (e.g. name and address), bank data (e.g. IBAN or credit card number, passwords, TANs and checksums) as well as contract data and recipient-related details to the credit institution commissioned with processing the payment and, if applicable, the payment service provider commissioned by us. In addition, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery. This is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO.

We are obliged by commercial and tax law to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, we restrict processing after two years, i.e. your data is only used to comply with legal obligations. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c DS-GVO.
